SS&P22 is the continuation of the 2021 application (TBI&HER) , which secured the technical prerequisites for the implementation of an new innovative idea in Category: Innovative Teaching and Learning, Primary Horizontal Priority: Internationalization and also Other Priorities: Digitization, Inclusion and Diversity, Sustainability. Innovative Aspect of SS&P22 integrates theoretical knowledge with modern technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), diverse stakeholders cooperation and practical project experiences. The program emphasizes international & interdisciplinary collaboration and prepares students for future scientific and professional challenges, fostering innovation and adaptability. Key Activities: 1. Methodology of Preparation & Submition of Scientific Projects - elective course - Equips students to design, manage, and projects implementation - Includes grant writing and interdisciplinary teamwork. 2. Artificial Intelligence in Sports Science - elective course - Introduces AI for project planing, writing & implementation including ethical considerations. - Enhances research with AI applications in kinesiology. 3. Modern Technologies Training - extra-curricular activities - Hands-on use of diagnostic tools funded by Croatian Science Foundation Project - Promotes practical problem-solving and research application. 4. Active Project Participation - extra-curricular activities - Engages students in real-world projects (e.g., HRZZ IP-2020-02-3366, Erasmus+ TALENT). - Develops teamwork, critical thinking, and professional skills. Methodology

1. Planning The program's development began with identifying gaps in traditional educational practices and aligning objectives with institutional and national strategies. The Faculty of Kinesiology (KIFST) established a framework to integrate innovative methodologies, leveraging existing resources and collaborations with NGOs, government bodies, and private organizations. Development of the Program as group innovative initiative was started 6-7 years ago by the Faculty of Kinesiology Sport Talent Lab Scientific group. Planning involved -Designing courses and extra-curricular activities that blend theoretical and practical approaches. - Establishing legal frameworks for partnerships with NGOs and teaching bases ( Good Practice from 2021 PROFORMNCE CALL - AWARDED WITH 1st Place in - Developing a roadmap for implementation and annual updates based on feedback. 2. Implementation occurred in phases to ensure scalability and effectiveness Course Development: Introduction of new syllabus for elective courses like "Artificial Intelligence in Sports Science" and "Methodology ofpreparing & submition of Scientific Projects." Partner Collaboration: NGOs and teaching bases provided facilities, equipment, and expertise for hands-on learning and research. Integration of Technology: Deployment of AI tools and modern diagnostic equipment (CROATIAN SCIENCE FUNDATION PROJECT FOUNDING) in teaching and research activities. Erasmus+ Involvement: Participation of international students in courses and projects to foster cultural exchange and collaboration. Student Engagement: Hands-on involvement in active research projects, such as HRZZ IP-2020-02-3366 and Erasmus+ Sport "TALENT." and planing future projects proposal 3. Review- Annual evaluations were conducted to refine the program - Feedback Collection: Surveys from students, faculty, and partners. -Quality Assurance: Review of outcomes by the Quality Committee and adjustment of teaching methods. - Public Reporting: Partner submitted reports detailing joint activities and contributions to educational goals. 4. Partners Involved: The program relied on a diverse network of stakeholders - NGOs, Education Institutions and Teaching Bases: (European Institute for Talents, education research & development, Centre of Excellency of Split-Dalmatia County) Provided facilities, expert resources, and opportunities for practical learning. -Public Institutions: The Ministry of Tourism and Sports promoted the program, while local governments (e.g., City of Split) supported infrastructure development. - Private Sector: Companies like Genos d.o.o contributed to the biotechnological aspect of research. - Educational Partners: Collaboration with Erasmus+ institutions involved in TALENT Project ensured international reach and resource sharing in 6 European Country's (Italy, Croatia, Serbia, Malta, Bosnia & Hercegovina, Cipar) 5. Different Roles and Actors -Faculty Coordinators: Managed program design, course content, and partnerships. -NGO Coordinators: Facilitated access to real-world settings and provided expertise. -Students: Actively participated in projects, from data collection to presenting findings. -Researchers and Technologists: Delivered technical training and supported research activities. -Quality Committee: Oversaw evaluations and ensured alignment with strategic goals. 6. Continuous Improvement were made based on lessons learned -Inclusion of Erasmus students for broader internationalization. -Annual syllabus updates incorporating emerging trends and feedback. -Enhanced dissemination through conferences, publications, and media. -Summary of Process SS&P22 employs a structured methodology emphasizing planning, collaboration, and iterative improvement. The program utilizes advanced tools and technologies to enhance learning, research, and practical applications. These include novel diagnostic equipment & tools pursed by Croatian Science Foundation Project: IP-2020-02-3366, Biological, Chronological & Relative Age in the process of establishment of Croatian National Sport Talent System like: 1. Tensiomyographic (TMG) Devices: Non-invasive analysis of skeletal muscle contractile properties. Used indicatively for performance diagnostics and training optimization in sports science. Optojump Next Systems - Advanced optical measurement system for assessing movement and performance metrics. Enables precise tracking of athletic performance and rehabilitation progress. Segment Body Composition Analyzers: Provides detailed insights into body composition, supporting personalized training and health interventions. Sonic Bone ultra sound device for noninvasive skeletal age diagnostic ,Wearable diagnostic Devices: Includes smart sensors and connected devices for monitoring physiological and biomechanics parameters (Like X-Sense biomechanics suit, continuous blood sugar and ketones measuring..etc. wich supports real-time data collection and analysis for research and educational purposes. 2. AI Tools (like Chat GPT): Used for project application preparation prevention, performance analytics, and predictive modeling Introduced students to cutting-edge AI applications in sports and health science. 3. Moodle and SurveyMonkey Platforms: Facilitates blended learning and efficient data collection for research projects. Promotes accessibility and digital literacy among students. These tools and technologies represent state-of-the-art resources in sports science and education, ensuring students gain hands-on experience with industry-standard equipment. Their integration and innovative use bridges the gap between academic knowledge and professional practice, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Lessons learnt
